I came into uptown with major coolant issues in my jeep. I had time constraints because I live south of chicago and was working in the area. He went above and beyond that day and did everything he could to fix the problems before I needed my vehicle to head home. Dan gave me some instructions for the weekend and asked if I could bring it back on Monday during work hours because there were a few extra things he wanted to do to. I did exactly as he asked and when I picked my jeep up Monday after work everything is fixed. I have heat and my coolant system is back to normal!!! Thank you! YOU SAVED ME ALOT OF HEADACHES

Dan and his crew were extremely helpful with my car. I had my stability control and brake lights on and was concerned about driving it. Dan got me in and fixed it within 20 minutes. Honest, quick and reasonable. Would highly recommend Uptown Automotive! Stuck in Sandwich the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Called Dan (the only place open) and he said bring it in and he'd see what he could do, but no guarantees. He identified the problem in less than 10 minutes, got a part in 10 minutes and within another 10 minutes I was back on the road. He saved my holiday weekend!

I had some BIG car trouble with my 2006 Cadillac Srx last Thursday. Brought it in to Dan and the crew who were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it all in the same day. They explained things very well and helped me out big time. My car has absolutely no sounds and runs smooth just like it used to! I'm very very pleased with their service. For all the work they did I got a great deal and I have now found a new mechanic I can go to for future issues where I know I'm not getting ripped off or have my car messed with or messing it up more like others I have dealt with.
